These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Day ™ Production ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Alfy platform, including its website, AI recommendation engine, and all related content, features, and services (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service.
Age Requirement & Eligibility
The Service is strictly restricted to individuals who meet at least one of the following criteria:
- You are 21 years of age or older; or
- You are 18 years of age or older and hold a valid, current medical cannabis patient card or equivalent qualifying documentation issued by your applicable jurisdiction.
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these age and eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to terminate access for any user we have reason to believe does not meet these criteria. Cannabis is illegal under federal law in the United States and remains subject to state and local regulations. It is your responsibility to understand and comply with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

All content, recommendations, and information provided by Alfy — including AI-generated strain suggestions, effect descriptions, medical condition associations, and terpene or cannabinoid profiles — are provided for informational and educational purposes only.
Nothing on this platform constitutes, or should be construed as, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Alfy is not a licensed medical provider, and no information provided by the Service creates a doctor-patient relationship of any kind.
You should always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making any decisions related to your health, medical conditions, or medication — including decisions involving cannabis or cannabis-derived products.
AI-Generated Recommendations Disclaimer
Alfy uses artificial intelligence, machine learning models, and a strain database to generate personalised cannabis recommendations. You acknowledge and agree that:
- AI-generated recommendations are probabilistic, not guaranteed, and may not be accurate for your specific situation;
- Cannabis effects are highly individual and may vary based on personal biochemistry, tolerance, consumption method, dosage, and other factors;
- Recommendations do not account for potential interactions with medications, pre-existing health conditions, or individual sensitivities;
- The strain database and AI model are updated periodically but may not reflect the most current product availability in your market.
You use any recommendation provided by Alfy entirely at your own risk.
Permitted & Prohibited Use
You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial informational purposes in accordance with these Terms. You agree that you will not:
- Use the Service if you do not meet the age or eligibility requirements;
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, copy, or extract data from the Service or its underlying AI models;
- Use the Service to facilitate the illegal sale, distribution, or purchase of cannabis or any controlled substance;
- Submit false, misleading, or harmful content via any input fields;
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service or its servers;
- Use automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or interact with the Service without prior written consent.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, graphics, AI models, data structures, and other materials comprising the Service are the exclusive property of Day ™ Production or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. No rights are transferred to you except as expressly stated in these Terms. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any recommendation or information provided.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DAY ™ PRODUCTION AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE — INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DECISIONS MADE IN RELIANCE ON AI-GENERATED RECOMMENDATIONS — EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed USD $100.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the applicable laws of the state in which Day ™ Production is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction in that state.
Modifications to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Service.

- Age verification confirmation (we record that you confirmed your age — not your date of birth).

- Device type, operating system, and browser information;
- IP address and approximate geographic region (country/state level);
- Pages visited, features used, and time spent on the Service (via Google Analytics);
- Scroll depth and interaction events for product analytics;
- Referring URL and session identifiers.
We do not collect government-issued identification, precise location, biometric data, or medical records.

- localStorage / sessionStorage: Used to remember your age verification status so you are not shown the age gate on every visit. This data is stored in your browser and never transmitted to our servers.
We do not deploy third-party advertising cookies, social media tracking pixels, or retargeting technologies.

Email addresses collected via the business pilot programme are retained until you request deletion or unsubscribe. Query and preference inputs submitted to the AI are retained for a maximum of 90 days before being anonymised or deleted.

- Right to access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
- Right to deletion: Request that we delete your personal data, subject to certain exceptions;
- Right to correction: Request that we correct inaccurate data;
